For both Ancient Dungeon(Play to Earn) and The Dungeon(Risk to Earn), there is a common strategy you should always take: use the NFTs as best as you can.
Our recommendations:
The quality and drop rate of NFTs in The Dungeon are generally better than Ancient Dungeon. If you want to get high scores in Ancient Dungeon, you may want to hunt for good NFTs first.
Purchase good NFTs from other adventurers in NFT market.
Buy advanced Relics from The Ancient Ruin. Higher "score multiplier" has better chance to get high scores.

In order to achieve maximum win rate in battle, adventurers can check on Element Slate to decide which NFT equipment to use.
Taking an enemy with Lightening element for example, Earth and Ice NFT can provide better boosting than others. On the contrary, Fire and Wind NFTs will be suppressed by Lightening.
The deeper Dungeon levels you reach, the more critical it is to consider elements.
Using NFT equipment obtained from the updated dungeon (V2 equipment, obtained in classic & ancient dungeon after 31 October) costs fewer gas fee than the V1 version can that improve your profit in the long run.
In the future update of native Market & Smithy, the users will be able to convert their V1 equipment to the gas-saving V2 version.
There will be certain rounds where there are fewer users joining the game and thus the total reward will be distributed to fewer users. If fewer players join a round, more rewards will be distributed to each player.
Therefore players may wait until a relatively "down period" where the number of players are lower so that they can enjoy more reward with less compeition.
